Nothing to show after 5 years

School Board and County Council leaders claim they have been putting the children first by attempting to relieve overcrowding, but parents don't agree. They say their elected officials wasted five years - the entire elementary school experience for hundreds of children.

The Almanac reports, "Parents are angry that more than five years after discussions on crowding began, the [School] Board and [County] Council are exactly where they began."
