Subin says he wasn't invited to join women's pact . . .

Five female candidates for school board and County Council "recently formally pledged cooperation" between each elected body "on certain budget and legislative priorities." Appearing somewhat surprised, County Council Education Committee Chairman Michael Subin says he wasn't invited to join.

According to the Gazette, "Subin said he has not been asked to sign the women's pact."
