A difference between the Planning Board and the School Board

There is a major difference, though, between the Planning Board and the School Board.

Planning Board Chairman Derick Berlage at least claims that his group is "focused on being a model of transparency, accuracy and accountability."

The School Board doesn't even pretend to be accountable.
