HTTP 403 FORBIDDEN: MCPS blocks Weast memo from website

MCPS is again blocking public notice on decisions concerning the Kendale school.

This time it has blocked public access to Superintendent Jerry Weast's memo recommending construction of the unwanted facility on Kendale Road.

The link to the memo is supposed to be: http://www.mcps.k12.md.us/boe/meetings/agenda/2006-07/20060420/3.1%20Staff%20Work%20Group%20Report%20on%20SLES%20Project.pdf.

However, the link is dead. As of this posting, attempts to find the report by going to the generic board of education meeting agenda page, http://www.mcps.k12.md.us/boe/meetings/agenda, show the following notice: "HTTP 403 (FORBIDDEN) You are not authorized to view this page."
