Denis introduces budget amendment to save Seven Locks, stop Kendale

County Councilman Howard A. Denis introduced a budget amendment on February 28 to rebuild the existing Seven Locks Elementary School and halt plans for the Kendale facility.

The council will hold a public hearing on the amendment in Rockville on March 21, at 7:30 p.m.

"I think it’s a positive response to a significant report from an outstanding inspector general," Denis tells the Gazette.
